Pollogistics is a blog that has definitions of terms, concepts, and organizations as they relate to the study of polls and marketing. Pollogistics is maintained and edited by The Pollit Bureau.Definitions are a tricky thing, In an effort to be accurate and to have an readily quotable source we have either provided a link to the appropiate Wikipedia or QuickMBA entry. In the cases of organizations we have provided a link to their home page.
As an interesting sidebar to just how much polls are becoming influential in everyday life, we have included a tab that has links to polls or poll data that have been mentioned in Twitter tweets. It is not intended to be a complete listing, just 4 or 5 listings that were observed on Twitter for that date.
http://pollogistics.blogspot.com is the place to go to have a pollogistic experience. As it is a work in progress , please go easy on critiquing it. We eventually will have somewhere between 300-500 terms. Any suggestions or comments can be directed to wade@thepollitbureau.com
Note- If an entry does not have a link to go to to explain the meaning, It is likely we could not find a Wiki or QuickMba entry. Please help us locate one or make one. Thanks in advance.
